Course Overview:
This course introduces students to Spanish and French language and culture in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. Using a non-grammatical approach, students will be expected to learn practical vocabulary in order to converse informally and to complete a research paper/project each semester. The paper/project will be written and presented in English and will be based upon a particular country and its customs, language, demographics, and holidays.
