your childs name, amount enclosed, and what your child needs for

weeks lunches.
SAD#4 offers breakfast to all K-12 students at no charge. Students will be served

If you pay for your childs lunch/milk money with a check, that check must

cooperation.
Please remember to return your childs emergency card as soon as possible.
We will continue the call back system. If your child is going to be either tardy
or absent, please call the school by 8:00 am. If you do not call us, we must
spend time trying to find you!
When medication is needed, parents must sign a pink permission slip which can
be obtained at school. All medication must be sent to school in its original
container which is labeled with name, contents, and directions.
If you have any questions concerning busing issues, please contact Dave Cotta
at the bus garage (876-4035). All buses have radios and can be contacted through
the bus garage.
Please keep this newsletter in a safe place during the school year. It contains

smoothly.
