HERO of the Month We would like to recognize the HERO’s of the month for December. They are Courtney B., Spencer M., and Elaine R.  Congratulations to all three.

No School on: Jan. 16^th in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Welcome:  We would to Mrs. Arther’s to Mrs. Post class.  She will be doing her student teaching for 8 weeks.  We all look forward to having her here with us.

SOCIAL STUDIES: We are currently working on a new unit called “Then and Now”.  Students will be comparing life in the early 1800’s to life today.

MATH:  In math, students are starting a unit on division. Parents please note the students will not be using the traditional division algorithm.  (The way we learned.)  Please use the reference book or home link.

Mrs. Post would like to thank those who came to Division Night. 

 SCIENCE:  We are working with electricity unit.  The students are very excited about it, too!  They are electrified about it!

THANK YOU:  We would like to thank you for sending in the food items, coats, and goodies before Christmas.  It was greatly appropriated by all.
