v     P.C.M.S. has shared a week of showing others how we are respectful in our language and actions. The school enjoyed a presentation by Randy Judkins. His theme focused around safety, team work, attitude, and respect. Let’s continue to shine in these areas throughout the school year.

v     Social studies classes are learning about Ellis Island and the experiences held by the immigrants as they passed  into the United States.

v     Science classes spent the week melting and preserving ice. What a chilly week!

v      Math classes continue to have fun with fractions.

v     Thank you to all who contributed to our Valentine’s Parties.

v     MEA’s ( Maine Educational Assessments) will take place the weeks of March 7-11 and March 14-18. More information will be coming. Students need to  have a good breakfast and be well rested during that time.

v     Enjoy vacation!

MOVE and IMPROVE

Move and Improve, a statewide program for adults and children who want to increase their physical activity and improve their health,  is starting up on March 6. Everyone must participate in physical activity for 30 minutes a day 4 days a week

for 8 to 12 weeks.  Look for more about this after vacation. This is a chance for all of us to get more active, maybe win some prizes, and earn some money for our school.

Adults may register at www.moveandimprove.org.

Children will sign up at school.

LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!
