Math classes are working on
three-dimensional geometry.
Don’t forget shoe racers are due on May 29th
for science.
The fourth graders enjoyed their visit to
the symphony on Monday. We were also able to walk on the Orono campus for a
quick look at the university.
May 21st will be our annual trip
to Augusta to visit the museum and State House. The bus will be leaving at 8:15
and returning in time for afternoon dismissal. Students have the option of
bringing five dollars to purchase a souvenir at the museum gift shop.
Friday, May 25th we will be
going, weather permitting to Steve Law’s tree farm to continue our Kids and
Trees project. We’ll be leaving after lunch and
returning for dismissal.
On Wednesday, May 23, CLC will be hosting a free
Spring Fun Fair in the PCMS cafeteria from 3:00 – 5:00. There will be games, activities, food, and
exhibits to highlight the CLC program.
All are welcome to attend.
Guilford Summer Recreation
and PRYMCA swim lessons.
Parents who plan on signing
their children up this summer for the YMCA swimming lesson program offered by
the Guilford Summer Recreation program are ask to do so by June 1. Applications will need to be picked up at the
Guilford Town Office and returned back to Mr. Gallant at PCMS 25 Campus Drive,
Drop 1 Guilford, Maine 04443. The cost
is $22.00 for non-Guilford residence and free for Guilford residence. Please also turn the Guilford Summer Recreation
form in to Mr. Gallant at the above address.
Students
who borrowed book bags during Supper with a Side of Reading need to return them
to the library as soon as possible.
