§       Remember our food drive giving tree! The people who run the food cupboard have suggested the following foods as those they need most: pancake mix, saltines, non-sugar cereals, macaroni and cheese dinners, muffin mixes, pasta such as spaghetti or elbow macaroni, peanut butter, cans of –soups, vegetables, fruits, corned beef, Spam or Treet, tuna, baked beans, ravioli, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce.

§       We also are participating in the Coats for Kids program. If your child has outgrown a winter coat, you can donate it. A box is available in the lobby for depositing the coats.

§       Thanks to all who attended the Winter Concert Wednesday evening.  What a treat by our musical students!

§       At the end of each trimester, we honor the students who have met certain goals in a HERO assembly.  For example perfect attendance, honor roll, and community service.  This assembly will be held on Dec. 18th at 9:50 am.  Parents are invited and encouraged to come.

§       Please remind your child to bring warm gloves, hat and heavy winter coat. It’s that time of year again! If it is too cold outside and your child is not properly dressed, they will have to stay inside.

§       The pencil supplies are getting low.  Some great stocking stuffer would be some pencils.

§       We have started a new theme in Language Arts. It is called Super Sleuths!  It’s all about mysteries!
