Dear Students and Parents,

Skiing---for those who couldn’t make the ski meeting this past Wednesday evening, please stop in the office no later than Jan. 23.  Please bring insurance information and your child’s shoe size.  The office hours are 7:30 to 4:00.  If these times are not convenient, please let us know as we will schedule a time for you to fill out the paperwork.

S.A.D. #4 Exercise Challenge

√ The Wellness Team is challenging students and staff to improve their health by becoming more active on a daily basis.  From Jan. 12 through Feb. 6, PCMS will be keeping track of the amount of time spent participating in physical activity.  The time students spend in exercising their bodies is to be turned in to their homeroom teacher each morning.  A daily total will be charted on a map of the world.  Fifteen minutes will equal one mile and we are encouraging two miles a day from each person.  Skiing, shoveling snow, walking, and playing basketball are a few examples.  We hope to encourage a lifetime of better health through movement for both students and their families.
