To Students and Parents
The flu is here, some tips for defense:
* Wash hands often, cover coughs and sneezes, eat healthy, drink lots of water,
open windows when possible, get plenty of rest, and please keep your child home if she/he has a fever.
Thank you to the parents who sent in Valentine treats.
Papers today as we have---
*skiing tomorrow, back by 4:30 for downhill skiers.
*x-country, back by 2:30, remember water bottle.
*Fun Day on Friday, have sneakers for indoor activities and dress appropriately for outside fun(hats, mittens/warm gloves, ski pants if possible.)
Move and Improve is a statewide program for adults and children who want ot increase their physical activity and improve their health. This is starting on March 6. Everyone must participate for 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week, for 8-12 weeks. Look for more information after vacation. This is a chance for all of us to be more active, maybe win some prizes, and earn some money for our school. Adults may register at www.moveand improve.org Children will sign up at school.
