What a wonderful concert, congratulations to the music dept.

We plan to walk to the food cupboard on Friday; the 23rd. please make sure your child is dressed for this.

Speaking of clothing, we have numerous articles that are unclaimed. If your child is missing something, please feel free to come in and look.

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas we encourage the students to bring non-perishable food items to give to the local food cupboard. We think it is important for the students to understand the importance of giving to those in need.

Thanks to those who contributed.

The food cupboard does need:

1) cans of vegetables, soups, tuna, baked beans, stews, spaghetti meals, hash.

2) jars of creamy peanut butter, jellies, jams, pancake syrup, spaghetti sauce

3) boxes of cereal, muffin mixes, puddings, jello, macaroni and cheese, pasta, pancake mix

-----They have plenty of tomato sauce and canned beans(kidney, chili, pinto) at this time.

H.E.R.O. Assembly on Dec 19th at 9:00, family members and friends are welcome.

If you wish to provide a snack (cookies, popcorn, fruit/veg) next week for your child’s homeroom, please send a note. We will forward the information to Mrs. Patterson who is organizing the snacks.

A second full band practice will start after vacation on Fridays.
