Second Quarter Grades

Grades for the second quarter will be mailed home this weekend. If grades do not arrive at a reasonable time, please call the school at 876-4301.

Quebec City Trip

As we prepare details for the trip to Quebec City in June, the question of birth certificates is before us. It is not certain that students will need them, but to be on the safe side, parents should consider getting a copy ready. We will maintain contact with immigration authorities and pass along any changes to parents.

Letters To Florida

Students will begin drafting their letters to sixth grade students in Florida on Monday. We expect they will write about Maine and our great winter weather as well as our rural community.

Conferences

Teachers encourage parents and guardians to maintain contact concerning your child. Whether you have had a conference or not with 6th grade teachers, you are welcomed to call or send a note with your child to make arrangements to meet with us. The school phone is 876-4301. You may leave voice mail if the teacher is not available.

Spelling Bee

The annual PCMS spelling bee process has begun. Check the back of your news to see a list of the sixth grade students who made the first cut.
