LUNCH CARD REPLACEMENT
Here at PCMS, we use a hard plastic lunch card with the student identification number on it for lunch identification. Each child was issued one which they give to Mrs. Davis when they have lunch. Many of the kiddos have snapped them in half, making the numbers hard or impossible to read. Students who break their lunch cards are required to pay $2.00 for a new one.
FRENCH
Our first venture with French went very smoothly. The kids really enjoyed having the high school students come to teach them.
KINDERGARTEN SCREENING
Kindergarten registration will be held on April 4. Please call Jennifer Cleaves at 876-4590 to make an appointment.
MIDTERMS
Mid terms were mailed out. If you did not receive your child's report, do call the school at 876-4301 to let us know.
TEACHER IN-SERVICE
Friday, March 21 is a teacher in-service day. There is no school for students.
MAINE MAPLE SUGARING SEASON
The days are getting warmer and the nights are still freezing. That means the conditions are right for the sap to flow heralding maple sugaring season. Mrs. Hobart will be bringing in a slide show of sugaring on her farm, as well as a sample of the product. We will also be going for a snow shoe outing in back of the school on March 20th. Students MUST wear boots and proper outer wear to participate.
