Great Parents – The parent chaperone meeting on Thursday evening was a great success. Most of the volunteers were able to attend and receive information about the trip and child safety. We thank our parents who make this trip possible each year. Without them we do not go. Students, hug your parents.

Spring Break – The spring break begins on April 18. Students will be home for the week, and we hope they have a chance to enjoy some nice, warm weather.

Roman Vocabulary Quiz – Following the break, students will review vocabulary terms for the people, places, and things of Ancient Rome. Later in the week they will take the vocabulary quiz.

Be Positive With Numbers – The long-awaited math test for positive and negative numbers is scheduled for April 26th and 27th. Students should have their order of operations well aligned for this test.

Budding Meteorologists – Mrs. Titcomb begins the weather unit in science classes after the break. Parents should not be concerned if their children are “glued” to the TV during the weather news.

Quebec City Update – Parents and students should be watching for the final documents to get us to Canada in June. Most important will be the permission sheet. That will go home during the week of April 25th. Information about money exchange will follow shortly after.
