GRADE SIX NEWS

May 13, 2005                                    P.C.M.S

Music, Music, Music – The sixth grade is well represented today at the musical in Millinocket. K. Cookson is a choral member, and M. Martell, T. Violette, A. Larrabee, and S. McEwen are band members. We are proud of their efforts and feel P.C.M.S. will be well remembered by their conduct.

Quebec City and Money$ - Students were given advise and a letter concerning money for the class trip to Quebec City. The deadline for taking advantage of exchanging funds for Canadian money is Thursday, May 19. We must notify the bank so they have time to order funds.

Itinerary – Check the back of this newsletter for the trip schedule. Please be reminded the return time is only an estimate, but we are usually close.

Science – Mrs. Titcomb has prepared a Local Assessment System (LAS) test for early next week. Students should have studied their materials for “The Seasons”.

Five More Weeks – Students are reminded there are five more weeks in the school year. Many end-of-the-year assignments and projects are due in these weeks. Continue your good work, and don’t get behind.
