Friday, Oct. 6 is an early release day.

Congratulations go to W. Cartwright for his winning entry in the Scotts-Miracle Gro contest, Draw Your State Flower. He will be traveling to Washington, D.C., on Sept. 29, to be part of the opening ceremonies for the new National Gardens. The contest received over 5,000 entries,
W. Cartwright was the Maine State winner.
