7th Grade Newsletter 
Week of October 21 - 25, 2002
* Student-led Conference Forms are attached to today’s newsletter. Please
return the blue copy as soon as possible to help us with scheduling. All conference
requests need to be returned by Friday, November 1st.
* Students fill out assignment books each day. Please ask to see them on a regular

* Tuesday, October 29, we will be participating in the State of Maine “Mock
Election”. Students have been discussing candidates and issues in Social
Studies.
Secretary of State Dan Gwadowsky visited PCMS on Monday for a school-wide assembly.
He discussed the importance of the Mock Election and how candidates view the
results as a possible indicator of the outcome of the general election.
