Student-led conferences will be held on Monday, Nov. 13, from 4:30 – 8:00, and Tuesday, Nov. 14, from 3:30 – 7:00. You will be reviewing your child’s portfolio at this time. The 7^th grade team will be available for questions or concerns.

Please check your child’s assignment book daily. We are finding many students who are not doing homework on a regular basis.

Steve Richins, PA-C from the Guilford Medical Office will complete physicals. Students who participate in sports must have a physical exam every two years.

On Thursday, Nov. 2, PCMS will participate in a mock election for this year’s mid-term election. We hope this process demonstrates the importance of the democratic process, and we encourage all registered voters to go out and vote.

On Tuesday, Nov. 7, the 7^th grade will be going to Coles Transportation Museum in Bangor to kick off a major interdisciplinary unit on Living History.

Veterans Day Assembly: Thursday, November 9. 1:00 in the gym. All area Veteran’s are invited to attend.

No school: Friday, Nov. 10 in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Dance and Open Gym tonight: 7:00 – 10:00. Please do not arrive before 6:45 PM and make sure your ride is here at 10:00. No backpacks allowed in the gym.
