Hello, my name is Aelis. I live in 1290,
in Stonebridge in the Shire of Lincoln, in England. I call it the Hands
of God. I have lived for about fourteen years, and have a very high,
strong mind.
In the 1290’s, a lot of things were happening. War, God’s Thumbs,
war happened almost everyday! For example, the time that the Battle of Dunbar
happened. That was one frightening.
Also in the 1290s, glass was one of the most useful things made.
My favorite food was called ice-cream. It’is a frozen dairy food. We had stuck it in the coldest part of the castle, or, if it got cold we stuck it outside It is quite yummy.
I have long wavy brown hair. I like wearing it up in buns along the top of my head.Oh, yeah, I only take a bath once a year. My clothes are mostly long dresses, and sometimes I have a cover over the dress.
I am engaged to a wonderful boy who has lived for only seven years. I am considered a noblewoman. I live in a castle.
My best friend is a girl named Catherine. She, too, has a father that wants to marry her off to a rich man. I am pretty much a girl who just kind of goes with the flow. My Father picks my husband, like every father does for their daughter. When he picked my husband I did not’ quite understand the fact that he was only seven years of age. My father chose him because he’is very rich, and came from a rich background family.
It’is back to embroidering for me.
